Consumer sentiment on the Environment: 71% of South Africans are willing to pay more for products that are good for the environment

Worldwide, consumers are becoming increasingly interested in understanding where products come from and how they are made as part of efforts to be more environmentally-conscious consumers.

While attitudes might be changing, the real questions for brands are: how does this affect consumer behaviour, who is the more environmentally conscious consumer and what do their lives look like specifically?
